Please read before booking. Your booking is an agreement to the following:

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full. All deposits are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended, it is well worth the peace of mind. Rates for retreats are subject to change without notice. All discounts are at the discretion of Heart Space including but not limited to early bird, work trade & friends and family.

CANCELLATION POLicies:

Strict cancellation policy. All deposits are non-refundable. Full refund minus deposit if cancellation is more than 90 from retreat. Less than 90 business days prior to retreat 50% of total price excluding deposit is refundable. Less than 45 business days prior to retreat NO refund will be given, 100% cancellation fee*. Date changes due to “acts of god'“ or challenges outside the control of Heart Space are not subject to deposit return unless retreat is considered ‘cancelled’. Heart Space reserves the right to postpone or modify retreats in the interest of client safety. Cancellations initiated by Heart Space will result in full refund including deposit. ‘Cancellations’ are defined as retreats that have not been rescheduled for new dates. Please allow 30 days for the processing of refunds. Refunds are initiated via Stripe, the same portal used for payment. *This policy is for new retreats booked after September 2021. CODE OF CONDUCT:

Courteous and polite behavior is a must when traveling in groups. Any issues can and should be reported promptly and directly to your retreat lead. Heart Space reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat at any time at the participant’s own expense for any conduct which negatively impacts the group or the experience of the retreat. It is at the discretion of your Heart Space retreat lead to determine negative conduct and any guest may be removed at any time with no refund.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is typically anytime between 2pm and 5pm, please arrive on time. Accommodations provided are in accordance with your booking. All rooms are single or double occupancy based on your booking. Late checkout/early checkin is a service given upon availability and cannot be guaranteed. This service may require an additional fee.

Transfers and transport:

The traveler’s flight details are required no less than 30 days pre-retreat in order to book transfers and transport. Package costs only cover transportation to/from the airport on retreat arrival/departure days. Transport is provided on Heart Space tours and excursions. Any other transport is at the expense of the traveler including but not limited to taxi’s to/from town, excursions not provided by Heart Space, transport to/from the airport on days other than retreat start/end dates.

Visas and documents:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper documents and visas required for travel. A passport is required to travel internationally. Proof of passport must be provided no less than 60 days prior to retreat. Heart Space is not responsible for travelers who are refused entry or travel because of the traveler’s failure to carry the proper documents. Failure to secure a passport in time for retreat is not cause for a refund, cancellations due to lack of proper documents are at the expense of the traveler. Traveler’s are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 7 months prior to the start of retreat.

Privacy policy:

Heart Space reserves the right to take photos and videos during retreat and use them for promotional purposes both during and thereafter. Requests not to be included in photos and videos must be done so in writing at least 30 days prior to retreat start by emailing helloheartspace@gmail.com. Heart Space agrees to keep your personal information including name, age, phone number, email, and social handles private. We will never share your information.

injury and liability:

Any damage, loss or injury caused by reasons outside of the control of Heart Space is the responsibility of the participant. Heart Space is not responsible for damage, loss injury or theft while on retreat. Travelers are urged to acquire travel and medical insurance prior to departure.

Booking your retreat is an
