Sweaty/Salty: Fire & Ice for the New Moon

Ready to challenge your body and overcome the limitations of your mind? Sweaty/Salty is an experience designed to do just that. Join Lauren & Angela for a sweaty beach workout, fiery breathwork practice and ocean plunge.

🔥 Building heat in the body through physical movement improves circulation, increases metabolism and gives you more overall energy. Heat also meets us at a cellular level, studies show longer life spans of those who exercise and use saunas regularly.
❄️ Taking a cold plunge has a myriad of benefits including: decreasing inflammation, minimizing muscle damage, and improving immunity and sleep. The cold also releases positive brain endorphins and burns fat (yup) by triggering fat burning mechanisms in the body! Bonus: salty ocean hair. 💁🏼‍♀️ 🌊
We’ll warm up after with a beach bonfire, feel free to bring any items you wish to burn, like old journals or write out a list of things you want to purge from your life and set it ablaze!

Where: Ocean Beach at the end of Brighton Ave near Tower 4.
